This shoot involved capturing their skincare products in both styled and ecommerce images, requiring an in-depth understanding of the brand and their aesthetic.
Glow Up Skin Co. is a skincare brand that prides itself on using only the purest Australian organic ingredients sourced from the Australian Outback and QLD rainforests. Presented in sleek black bottles, their products demand a unique approach to ensure that the brand’s ethos and product quality are accurately portrayed.
Kelly, the brilliant mind behind Glow Up Skin Co., had provided some images she adored as a moodboard, which was instrumental in shaping the direction of the photoshoot. For the styled images, I juxtaposed the products with Australian ingredients, reflecting the organic essence of Glow Up Skin Co. To add a touch of vibrancy and contrast with the black bottles, I used pink flowers in the composition. This colour pop not only made the photos visually appealing but also resonated with the brand’s lively and youthful energy.
The images have found their rightful place on the brand’s website and social media, strengthening Glow Up Skin Co.’s digital presence and showcasing their products in their full glory.
